We are partnering with a leading international company in the utility-scale solar sector that is looking to strengthen its Project Engineering team with an experienced Engineering Manager. This is an opportunity to contribute to the deployment of GW-scale solar projects worldwide while working on the design, optimisation and implementation of advanced solar racking & tracking systems. Key Responsibilities * Perform engineering studies and structural calculations for solar support structures. * Prepare and review technical documentation, including plans, assembly drawings and construction details. * Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives focused on structural optimisation and cost reduction. * Review technical project documentation and identify potential engineering risks. * Collaborate with project teams, customers,



suppliers and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide technical support during project execution and assist commercial teams with engineering-related queries. * Contribute to quality assurance activities, design reviews and engineering best practices. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * Experience within solar PV, steel structures, trackers, racking systems or similar industries. * Strong understanding of structural analysis and engineering fundamentals. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation. * Proficiency with AutoCAD and engineering design tools. * Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent English.
