Responsibilities * Own the design, optimization, and health of Preply’s GTM system landscape Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools. * Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing Ops, Pre Sales, Sales, CS, Finance, Product) to ensure integrations are seamless and scalable. * Lead the evolution of system architecture — mapping processes, maintaining clean data structures, and reducing technical debt. * Drive adoption of new GTM tools through documentation, enablement, and user-friendly workflows. * Identify opportunities for automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, or Cargo. * Implement AI-assisted and no-code automation to streamline pipeline operations and reduce manual effort. * Build standardized playbooks and process documentation to ensure repeatable, reliable execution across teams. * Own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems. * Build and maintain self-serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to visualize funnel metrics, forecasting, churn, and pipeline velocity.



* Deliver strategic data insights to senior leadership to inform GTM decisions. * Manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships. * Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts, fostering curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. * Champion “system thinking” across GTM — ensuring clarity, consistency, and documentation in how we operate. Requirements * 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment * Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, and automation) * Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-renewal) * Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studi
