What You’ll Do: * Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts (Calls, LinkedIn, etc.) in the Spanish market. * Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our solution effectively. * Book meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. * Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customer base to communicate value clearly and persuasively. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target high-potential accounts. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). * Collaborate on strategic outreach campaigns, experimenting with creative ways to engage prospects. * Provide feedback to the team on messaging, objections, and market trends to continuously improve our approach. Minimum Qualifications: * You are hungry * C1 in Spanish or native level and C1 in English or native level * Previous experience in sales and cold calling in the Spanish market. * Eligible to work in a European country.
