We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: * Day-to-day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred) * Interact with IT & business users on functional issues * Triage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution * Follow service management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem) * Maintain agreed SLA levels and assure quality of delivery at all times * Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and other IT/business stakeholders * Track and report progress to stakeholders * Adhere to shift rotation plan and provide on-call support for out-of-hours issues * ServiceNow * Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity management processes * SLM and Knowledge Management processes * Manufacturing shop floor systems * SLA / service management operating model and shift rotation * Java, .Net, SQL,



Oracle (nice to have) Years' experience: 4–6 years Spanish: C2 Work Schedule: 1st Shift 6:30 am till 2:30 pm; 2nd Shift 11:00 am till 7:00 pm; On-call support for out of hours issues; Extended shifts or weekend support to be provided as per customer expectations Permanent contract ? - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day.
