Position Overview Key Responsibilities Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and consistency Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalized service Fully master the beverage and food menu, including ingredients and pairings Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar stations at all times Greet guests, take beverage orders, and confidently recommend drinks and food items Promote daily specials and highlight seasonal creations using suggestive selling techniques Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment processing Manage bar inventory and communicate supply needs in a timely manner Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and legal standards, including age verification Follow opening, service, and closing checklists with consistency and accountability Handle guest feedback and complaints calmly and professionally,
