Workster is partnering with a leading integral customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience. Your Role * Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions * Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices * Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution * Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems * Ensure service quality, professionalism,
