Our client, an innovative semiconductor design company, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and scale their hybrid IT infrastructure supporting ~150 highly technical engineers working on advanced silicon development. This is a hands-on leadership role combining IT strategy, infrastructure architecture, and team management. You will oversee on-prem HPC clusters, colocation environments, cloud platforms, and corporate IT systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across the organisation. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a small IT team while defining and executing the IT roadmap * Manage hybrid infrastructure (on-prem HPC, colocation, cloud) running EDA workloads * Operate Linux-based compute farms, distributed storage, CI/CD,
