This role is based in Madrid with a hybrid working model and involves overseeing sales, revenue, profitability, and strategic growth for the Iberica region. Key Responsibilities * Meet sales, revenue, and profit targets through organic growth and effective budget management. * Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with senior management. * Lead, coordinate, and support healthcare staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment. * Manage relationships with key clients and partners, and represent the company at industry events. * Contribute to the development of a 3-year strategic plan and ensure alignment with integral healthcare strategies. * Maintain current knowledge of the healthcare sector and promote sharing of best practices across teams.



Qualifications and Experience * Extensive experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries, preferably in scientific, sales, or publishing roles. * Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in a matrix environment and budget management. * Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and drug development processes. * College or university degree is required. Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. * Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills. * Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills in Spanish and English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
