The role will support additional workload demands and contribute to building the technology infrastructure that underpins new features within a data and AI platform. This is an opportunity for an adaptable developer with strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to work across a variety of projects within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain scalable features within the AI platform. * Build and optimize technology infrastructure to support data and AI initiatives. * Collaborate closely with data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists. * Understand internal customer needs and deliver solutions effectively.
* Contribute to the creation of reusable recipes, packages, and tools for internal platform users. Core Skills & Experience * 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, SQL optimizations). * Strong proficiency with Python, Spark, and the Microsoft Azure stack. * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience working in hybrid/Agile engineering environments. * Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
