Start ASAP in this daytime hybrid role (mix of office and remote work). What you’ll do * You will provide frontline support and ensure clients get the help they need, working across multiple systems and projects. Your tasks will include * Providing technical troubleshooting and support for advanced energy storage and smart charging products. * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional, clear, and timely assistance. * Guiding clients and installers through step-by-step solutions, explaining complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand way. * Logging, tracking, and following up on incidents to ensure efficient resolution. * Coordinating with internal teams and other specialists to handle complex issues. * Supporting clients during high-demand periods and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Who we’re looking for * Versátil, adaptable, and able to switch between clients and tasks efficiently.
