* Proven experience in accounting/audit outsourcing services or a similar role. * Strong leadership and managerial skills. * In-depth knowledge of accounting/audit principles, regulations, and standards. * Proficiency in Business Central. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in accounting/tax software and financial management tools. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Highly results orientated. * Technological. * Fluent in English.
