Responsibilities * Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships. * Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns. * Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs. * Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance. * Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls. Requirements * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. * C2 Dutch + strong English. * 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing. * Independent, results-driven,



with strong communication and analytical skills. * Experience with CRM, customer relationship management, and AI tools. * Solid understanding of the German market, business culture, and GDPR considerations.
