Job Description As a key member of the SEM team, you'll work closely with the SEM Team Lead to plan, execute, and analyse paid search campaigns across multiple brands and products, with a clear focus on Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Advertising. Your goal: ensure all campaigns align with our business and marketing objectives, pushing constantly for optimisation, automation, and innovation. What your impact will be: * Take full ownership of SEM performance for a specific market or product area. * Identify growth opportunities and lead testing, scaling, and optimisation initiatives. * Deliver actionable insights and drive measurable impact through data‐driven decision making.



* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Branding, Analytics, Pricing) to enhance campaign efficiency and innovation. * Develop and maintain best practices for SEM and share knowledge within the team. * Contribute to automation projects (scripts, rules, feed management) to streamline campaign operations. Qualifications * +5 years of hands‐on experience in Paid Search, with solid experience in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360. * Proven experience managing large‐scale, multi‐million budgets and complex account structures across multiple markets. * Deep understanding of smart bidding, automation, and audience strategies. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and performance reporting. * Highly data‐driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action. * Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and measurement frameworks. * Strong collaboration mindset and eagerness t
