About the Role: As Channel Partner Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving commercial success by leading and empowering a general network of distributors. You'll take ownership of your sales targets, motivate partners, and close deals that matter. Your mission: to help position the company's liquid biopsy solutions — powered by NGS technology — as essential tools in cancer diagnostics worldwide. What You'll Be Doing:



* Drive revenue growth through distribution partners across multiple regions * Set clear objectives and ensure accountability with each distributor * Equip partners with the tools, training, and messaging they need to win * Adapt commercial strategies to meet local market needs * Act as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution network * Identify challenges or underperformance early and take decisive action * Collaborate internally with Marketing, Operations, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution * Champion the voice of the field within the company What We're Looking For: * At least 3 years' experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably with hands-on distributor management * Strong grasp of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its role in diagnostics * Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian language skills are a big plus * Analytical mindset — able t
