You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. Responsibilities * Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails)
per day * Strategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets * Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals * Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes * Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance * Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification * Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels * Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment Requirements * C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken) * More than 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role * Proven success in call center or high-volume sales environments * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery * Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines * Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools * Strong autonomy and decision-makin
