Key Responsibilities * Take ownership of GMV and SO sales targets achievement for the official online store. * Track and analyse sales and traffic related data, and provide insights and optimization suggestions based on the performance. End-to-End Store Campaign Management * New Product Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with local team and the Pan-European team to formulate the launch plan for country. Coordinate the national-level launch strategies and integrate resources for successful local Amazon online store launches. * National Promotion Plan Management: Based on the overall strategy of Pan-European Amazon, coordinate with local GTM team to formulate monthly sales plan. * Product Operations management:



* Guide operation specialist for product listing, including listing optimization, Q&A; and reviews. * Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock risks. * Conduct daily store inspections to identify operation-related issues, and track issues solving progress.
