The Solution Lead owns the end-to-end technical solution lifecycle across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales phases, ensuring alignment between customer business needs, technical architecture, and commercial objectives. This is a strategic, customer-facing role combining technology leadership, solution design, and delivery governance. Key Responsibilities * Own the end-to-end solution design, including service components. * Act as technology strategist and trusted advisor during bids. * Ensure coherence and feasibility of the technical proposal. * Lead RFP/RFQ technical responses. * Optimize the technical solution financially to align with business case targets. Post-Sales / Delivery Phase * Maintain overall accountability for technical solution delivery. * Ensure alignment with contractual scope and customer expectations.



* Govern solution architecture and technical standards. * Lead innovation initiatives and participate in customer innovation boards. * Coordinate multiple technical stakeholders when applicable.
