The ONESAILS Palma loft offers a great working environment. Primary Purpose To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making and composite applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Composite part manufacture using wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods. * Work on refit projects, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications. * Effective multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail. Qualifications * Practical-minded and motivated individual with a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.



* Well-versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials. * Experience in pre-preg (not essential but interesting). * No allergies to resins or fibres. * Proof of legal right to work in Spain. * Driving licence. * Adaptable schedule; work hours will be based on business needs.
