Recruiter contact: Maria Cervantes Overview of the role Project Manager – responsible for managing your own projects or workstreams on major infrastructure projects, including development, design stages, delivery, and handover. Key responsibilities and duties * Manage the development, design, delivery, and handover of built environment and infrastructure projects. * Apply and follow project governance protocols. * Develop and maintain a project management plan, ensuring projects are scoped to agreed objectives. * Identify and deliver project deliverables, ensuring cost, time, and quality parameters are achieved. * Coordinate with the H&S;&W; and CDM representatives to ensure health and safety compliance. * Establish stakeholder and communication management processes, including mapping and reporting with statutory and technical assurance bodies. * Collaborate with commercial, procurement,



and project control functions to deliver projects within agreed parameters. * Assess resource and competence levels of supply chain teams, taking required actions to ensure performance. * Administer NEC contracts for professionals and contractors, ensuring contractually successful outcomes. Candidate specification * Essential: * Willingness to travel to Dublin weekly or bi‐weekly, with travel and accommodation covered. * Substantial project management experience across disciplines, procurement routes, and market sectors. * High commercial acumen and knowledge of planning and project controls. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team. * Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentations. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, colleagues, and supply chain. * Versátil approach to work and openness
