You will provide direct support, guide residents through their daily routines, and actively detect individual needs to ensure high-quality residential assistance in the local community. Your core tasks in this role will involve: * Accompanying individuals, monitoring their progress, and detecting their personal needs. * Executing direct individual and group interventions tailored to resident requirements. * Mediating conflicts effectively to foster a safe, positive, and collaborative environment. * Promoting social and community integration activities within the residential context. * Supporting general healthcare, social, and care routines across residential services.



What you bring to the role: * Relevant qualification or training in Social Integration, care for people in situations of dependency, health care, or social services. * A mandatory valid Class B driving license to ensure mobility and fulfillment of operational duties. * Immediate availability to step into the position without delay. * Complete willingness and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday.
