Factorial is seeking Staff Engineers to lead the shift toward AI-powered business management software, embedding AI as a core capability rather than a feature. You will shape design, build scalable AI-native product experiences and mentor teams in a fast-growing context in Barcelona or Madrid. You will own end-to-end systems, work with Product, Design and Leadership to weave AI into the product roadmap, and raise the bar through mentoring and hiring. English is required; Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
