Responsibilities * Serve as a Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication, with proven expertise in at least two digital marketing channels. * Create effective copy for marketing campaigns. * Set up, optimize and manage paid and social campaigns to hit goals; set realistic monthly goals, track results and prepare monthly reports. * Develop strategies to ensure Qualified Candidates sign up, create free profiles and engage with the site. * Encourage Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis. * Grow our social following and increase organic visitors from various search engines. * Improve re-engagement and onsite stickiness to bring back visitors.



Qualifications * 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise. * Excellent English speaking and writing skills. * Hands-on expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO. * Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.). * Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns. * Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results. * Ideation-driven with a proven ability to create strategies to meet goals.
