availability, and security of our systems. * Ensure all systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation. Delivery Management * Responsible for the delivery of your team, planning sprints, and overseeing project health. * Assess the criticality of unplanned work, minimizing context-switching and unnecessary pressure. * Balance team capacity with roadmap demands. * Instill urgency to find a balance between velocity and quality. * Ensure all incidents are owned.
