outbound calls and emails, client follow-up and visits. * Build, maintain and expand a portfolio of clients, including private collectors, corporate clients, interior designers, architects, art and luxury professionals and other relevant contacts. * Active sales of TASCHEN publications, including Collector's Editions and Photo Prints, both in-store and through direct client outreach. * Follow up on sales opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships, with a strong focus on repeat and higher-value sales. * Create positive buying experiences through personalised, service-oriented customer care. * Support the management and development of employees, including daily coordination and delegation of tasks. * Organise and support TASCHEN events, including book signings, book presentations, author talks and other relevant events. * Develop external partnerships and commercial opportun
