The role will have a cross-functional focus, identifying opportunities, improving processes, coordinating portfolio-wide initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that deliver value across the entire portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional strategic projects in areas such as Customer Experience, marketing, communications, innovation, digitalisation,
