We are looking for an experiencedTeam Leaderto lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – adecuado for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance. Your Role You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development. You will: - Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team - Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections - Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets - Monitor conversion rates,
