The People team is hiring a People Business Partner The role The People Business Partner enables Village performance by translating People priorities into practical leadership action, reliable people processes and a positive colleague experience. In this role you will build manager capability, protect compliance and strengthens the conditions in which colleagues can thrive across The Bicester Collection.
