Based in Barcelona, you’ll lead onboarding and milestone-based training for Inside Sales representatives, helping them navigate complex cloud-native topics and develop strong sales communication skills. What You’ll Do: * Deliver engaging training across multiple formats: in-person, virtual instructor-led,



and collaborative workshops * Facilitate onboarding and milestone-based learning programs tailored to early-career Inside Sales professionals * Partner with regional sales leaders and subject matter experts to localize delivery while maintaining integral consistency * Serve as a trusted coach and mentor—answering questions, tracking progress, and supporting real-world skill development * Collaborate with instructional designers to refine sales scenarios, training workflows, and assessments for the Inside Sales representatives. * Champion feedback loops—gathering insights from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery What You Bring: * 3–5+ years of experience delivering sales training, ideally within Inside Sales, technical sales, or field enablement * Proven ability to engage and support early-career sellers, with a focus on coaching and confidence-building * You will deliver enablement for sales skills and foundational solution knowledge, partnering with SMEs for deeper expertise as needed. * Strong facilitation presence—comfortable leading both live and virtual sessions with clarity and energy * Experience delivering across mod
