Key responsabilities: Client Coverage & Origination * Support Senior Bankers & Relationship Managers in the origination and structuring of financing and advisory opportunities across the client portfolio ; * Contribute to Advisory pitches (debt and equity related) and prepare high-quality marketing and origination materials ; * Monitor client news flow, sector developments and market trends to identify origination opportunities ; * Liaise directly with business lines — Integral Markets, M&A;, DCM/ECM, Acquisition & Infrastructure Finance — to coordinate tailored client solutions ; * Lead the preparation of internal credit analyses and Credit Applications for new transactions ; * Build and maintain financials, credit ratings and risk assessments across the coverage universe ; * Defend credit files in internal committees, working closely with Risk,
