Key Responsibilities * Lead the inquiry‐to‐order process and prepare high‐quality proposals until contract award. * Identify new leads in collaboration with the Business Development Manager. * Sort through potential business opportunities and present the most pertinent ones to the Go/No decision committee. * Define the winning commercial strategy for each opportunity, including risk assessment. * Coordinate multifunctional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Legal, Finance) to develop comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.



* Define the winning pricing strategy while maximizing project profitability. * Present proposals to management and obtain approvals to release bids. * Draft and negotiate commercial and technical terms until contract award. * Ensure proposal deadlines are met and hand over to the execution team after contract signing. * Integrate cost‐efficient solutions with the Head of Geophysics, Geotechnics, and Purchasing Manager. * Incorporate lessons learned from previous executions. * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and related business events. * Continuously improve cost estimates and risk assessment tools. * Perform other related tasks as assigned.
