Well, then this job might just be for you Your responsibilities This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Coloplast Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and is based in Madrid. You will be responsible for attracting top talents and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings. On top of that you will be part of a growing international Talent Acquisition Partner community. You will serve as an "ambassador" of our company, ensuring a great candidate experience up until onboarding phase and helping to enhance our employer brand in the marketplace. What will you do? * Managing the full recruitment process from A to Z (from pro fi le de fi nition via candidates interviews to managing negotiations and closing the contracts) * You will contribute to developing customized onboarding plans * Manage online assessments and debrief the assessment report to the candidate * Participate in various (global) TA/HR projects, including employer branding and the collection of recruitment data that will be used to drive continuous improvements in our processes. * Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed * Supporting the People& Culture Manager in Spain on people projects and priorities * Support the Iberian managers by anticipating and reporting the market dynamics and recruiting market trends What are we looking for? * 3+ y
