A Role Where No Two Days Are the Same What makes this role unique is the mix of Front Desk and hands‑on Polo Field & Club Support. One moment you might be welcoming an international guest, helping organise a lesson or updating the polo schedule, and the next you could be out on the field preparing for a polo session or making sure everything is ready for the next chukkas. You won’t spend your day sitting behind a desk. You’ll be part of the action, working with different teams and experiencing the day-to-day life of a polo club. stay organised & be part of the daily action * Welcome our international guests and help with check‑ins, payments and general enquiries. * Help organise the daily polo schedule, lessons and chukkas * Keep guests updated with timings, fields and activities. * Work closely with our Polo, Sales and Operations teams. * Help with guest requests, bookings and activities. Polo Field & Club Support Get outside and experience the day-to-day life of a polo club * Help prepare equipment, drinks and guest areas for polo sessions. * Make sure everything is ready at the right field and at the right time. * Keep equipment, buggies and operational areas organised, clean and ready to go. * Help set up and reset guest areas before and after polo sessions. * Support the team with the practical tasks that keep the club running smoothly.
