The Opportunity As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge business strategy and analytics by translating complex business challenges into data-driven insights and solutions. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, uncover trends, develop dashboards and analytical products, and enable better, faster, and more informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Analyze commercial, consumer, and digital data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.



* Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytical requirements. * Design, build, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions. * Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. * Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and compelling business stories. * Drive visibility of key performance indicators across multiple functions. * Support continuous improvement through experimentation, performance measurement, and insight generation. * Promote data quality, analytics adoption, and evidence-based decision-making. What We're Looking ForMust Have * 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields. * Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development and data modelling. * Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. * Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform
