Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA Department: Human Resources Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer Dot‑line reporting to: Senior HR Manager, EMEA Location: Pamplona, Spain Key Responsibilities * Corporate HR Program Execution o Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes consistently across the region. o Partner closely with Chandler‑based HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Development. o Ensure alignment with corporate HR standards, governance requirements, and annual HR processes. o Drive consistent use of general HR processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and governance requirements across the EMEA region. o Support readiness and adoption for regional payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives. o Identify data, process, and compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions. * Revenue Growth Enablement o Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational structures, workforce plans,



and talent strategies support revenue growth objectives. o Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and talent needs that may impact commercial performance. o Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations that improve business results. * Operational Execution o Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enable successful project delivery and customer support. o Partner with leaders to drive productivity, accountability, and execution across the organization. o Anticipate and address workforce challenges that could impact operational performance. * Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Workforce Planning o Lead efforts to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition. o Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions. o Support succession planning and retention strategies for key talent and leadership roles. * Talent
