CLIENT NEEDS & RESPONSIBILITIES * Hospice and dementia care experience required. * Hoyer lift experience required. * Assist with personal care, toileting, transfers, and mobility. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Assist with meals and light housekeeping. * Provide safe and respectful hands-on care. SCHEDULE * Friday through Monday, based on client needs * 12-hour shifts * Weekend availability, including every other weekend * Consistent 3-day availability required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 18 years of age or older * 1+ year of professional caregiving experience * Experience in home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar settings * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Authorized to work in the U.S.
