A tech enterprise, now an institution across Europe and Asia, looking for bilingual candidates fluent in German to target the DACH region, operating from the Barcelona office. * A basic salary of €33k * Additional OTE/commission totaling €44.5k * Relocation fee of €1k paid for flights/planes * Regular social events and an inclusive atmosphere * Bonuses and incentive schemes * Autonomy: largely remote role, manage own schedule and progression Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, employing a consultative approach as the face of the company's prestigious brand. Autonomy provided to decide own progression based on strengths and interests. Role Responsibilities * Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client.



* Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to capitalize opportunities. * Regularly speak to prospects by phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition. * Implement marketing and category initiatives across the customer base. * Manage and monitor sales performance throughout the assigned territory. * Attend regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation, while adhering to company ethos. Qualifications * Idóneo candidate holds a degree. * Full bi‐lingual fluency in English and German. * Eligibility to work in the EU. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Self‐motivated, strong desire to succeed. * Confident with good presentation skills. * Driving licence preferred. * Strong work ethic with a positive outlook.
