Responsibilities and Tasks * Support-oriented SAP ERP ECC functional consultant, able to investigate complex incidents, understand business processes and operate autonomously within a highly customized SAP ECC environment with multiple integrations. The focus is not on implementing new processes or migrating to S/4HANA, but on supporting existing processes and occasionally participating in improvement projects * Collaboration with other IT and specialist departments as well as external partners to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions into the existing system landscape * Expected activity split: 70-80% support: tickets, incidents, application management (AMS), corrective and evolutive maintenance,



2nd level support 20-30% projects and improvements Soft Skills Strong understanding of business processes as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
