The Finance team is responsible for managing Holaluz financial statements and supports budget and forecasting activities among other tasks. Key Responsibilities * Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. * Accurately elaborate Holaluz financial statements at consolidated levels and for any individual legal entity. * Evaluating financial operations to recommend best‐practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently. * Supervise and coach AP Team. * Prepare journal entries as necessary during the month in liaison with Controllers. * Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and analyze variances. * Managing derivatives accounting (NIIF 9 is nice to have). * Be responsible for Inter‐company balances and reconciliations. * Monitor group interest loans,



monthly calculation, and accruals. * GL accounts reconciliations. * Propose improvements to optimize and automate processes and calculations. * Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. * Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year‐end close. * Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. * Supports budget and forecasting activities. * Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. * Collaborate with internal and external audits. * Assist in development and implementation of new products and ERP. * Coordination with Accounting, Treasury, B2C, Energy Management, Legal, Solar and Tech teams to ensure the robustness of the data registered in the ERP on a timely basis in order to have a monthly report that properly reflects the real image of the
