Key Responsibilities * Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land for renewable energy and storage projects in Spain. * Negotiate and manage contracts such as surface rights options, purchase agreements, and easements. * Coordinate with internal teams (origination, project development, legal, tax, risk) and external parties to ensure successful execution of land agreements. * Provide support to project origination and development teams, including economic analysis, administrative requirements, and regulatory compliance. * Maintain accurate records of land agreements, project documentation, payments,



and compliance in internal databases. * Assist with geographic mapping, property tracking, and site assessments using GIS and geolocation tools. * Support due diligence activities, including title searches, surveys, and property documentation. * Facilitate communication with landowners, ensuring professional and effective relationships. * Contribute to continuous improvement of land acquisition processes, templates, and workflows.
