About The Role





We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager – Pyro & Grinding to support customers with technical expertise while driving growth in spare parts, wear parts, professional services, and upgrades.

The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and supporting ambitious growth targets across selected cement accounts in the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise for Pyro & Grinding equipment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades.
• Support sales teams and local agents in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
