This is a newly created role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to work across new implementations, BAU support and large-scale global projects in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead international Workday projects, combining supervisory responsibilities with hands-on Workday configuration, enhancements and ongoing optimisation across multiple modules, while also contributing to integrations, reporting, security and payroll-related activities. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and the US, as well as coordination with a Workday Partner on ongoing implementation projects. with projects including new general implementations, improvement initiatives and additional HRIS integrations. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a base salary of up to €55,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
