This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to build something from the ground up and grow with the business. Responsibilities * Develop new business opportunities across HORECA channels * Build and manage long term client relationships * Identify commercially viable opportunities that the business can realistically support * Work closely with operations to ensure sales growth is sustainable * Contribute to the overall commercial strategy as the brand expands internationally About you * Proven experience in HORECA or food and beverage sales * Strong new business development background * Commercially minded and operationally aware * Fluent in both Spanish and English * Based in London or Barcelona, or willing to be based in either location * Ambitious, driven and motivated by growth Package * Base salary up to £60,000 depending on experience xqysrnh * Commission structure with realistic year one earnings of £90,000 to £95,000 * Company benefits * Clear opportunity for progression within a growing international brand This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and the chance to grow with a business at an exciting stage of its journey.
