Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for developing and expanding strategic customer and channel relationships across AI/HPC, cloud, data center, enterprise, government, and related markets.

The Sales Manager will own complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through quotation, commercial negotiation, order execution, shipment, and deployment, while maintaining end-to-end visibility, proactively monitoring execution, identifying risks early,



and resolving issues quickly as they arise. This position requires close collaboration with customers, channel partners, and cross-functional Supermicro teams including Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Credit, Operations, Logistics, Programs, and Compliance. The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, results-driven, comfortable managing multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously, and capable of maintaining strong execution in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop new strategic customers and expand existing accounts across AI/HPC, cloud, data center, enterprise, government, and emerging technology markets.

• Manage relationships with end users, system integrators, VARs, OEMs, distributors, and other channel partners.
