Key Responsibilities * Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus. * Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives. * Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches' impact. * Building Partnerships: Foster trust‐based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go‐to collaborator. * Ensuring Quality Excellence: Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings,
