You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target‐driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base. Your responsibilities * Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails)



per day * Support lead qualification and pipeline organization * Understand business needs and assist in product alignment * Guide clients through onboarding steps and verification * Learn and apply onboarding procedures across regions * Assist in documentation collection and submission * Escalate issues and feedback appropriately * Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment Requirements * C2 level of Spanish and Italian plus C1 level of English (both written and spoken) * At least 12 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer‐facing role * Excellent attention to detail and communication skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office * Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus * Interest in home services industries Desirable Skills * Process Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality * Collaboration: Working effectively
