About the Role * Engage high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other inbound channels. * Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives. * Act as a subject‐matter expert on Enginy AI's platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies' prospecting workflows.



* Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market. * Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness. * Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‐specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‐to‐market strategy. About You * Language skills: Advanced level of English and native Spanish. * 1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls. * Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling). * Data‐driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates). * Self‐starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in
