We're now looking for a passionate Italian‐speaking Sales Development Representative to join us About the Role * Identify and engage high‐potential Italian B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. * Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision‐making process, then hand off sales‐ready opportunities to Account Executives.



* Act as a subject‐matter expert on Genesy AI's platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Italian companies' prospecting workflows. * Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market. * Track and report key metrics (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness. * Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‐specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‐to‐market strategy. About You * Language skills: Advanced level of English and Native Italian. * 1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls. * Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling). * Data‐driven min
