About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast‐growing sales team in a pure outbound role. This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in proactive, target‐driven environments and has a proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach. You will be fully focused on outbound prospecting — prior experience in similar outbound‐heavy roles is essential.



Key Responsibilities * Execute high‐volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach) * Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) * Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline * Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives * Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality * Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking (Salesforce) * Contribute to ongoing sales strategy and team performance improvements What We're Looking For * Proven experience in outbound sales development (cold calling, cold email, social selling) * Background in outbound‐first environments (not inbound‐heavy SDR roles) * Strong hunter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability * Comfortable working in fast‐paced, evolving scale‐up environments * Experience using sales tools such as xqysrnh Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigat
