Employer Brand, and other stakeholders to align events with company priorities. * Manage event budgets, suppliers, and tools, ensuring strong financial discipline and quality delivery. * Track engagement and feedback metrics, run post‐event retrospectives, and continuously improve formats and processes. * Contribute to building scalable playbooks, standards, and best practices within the Workplace Experience team. Requirements * 5–8+ years of experience in events, community, workplace experience, employee engagement, or employer branding, with clear end‐to‐end ownership of complex initiatives. * Proven experience delivering large‐scale, high‐visibility events, including hands‐on operational execution. * Strong experience working in European contexts, with familiarity sourcing venues and managing suppliers in major cities such as Barcelona, London, or comparable hubs. * A highly developed execution
