Requirements * 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment.



* Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels. * Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup. * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken. * Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers. xqysrnh * Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).
